• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• During new collection launches, holidays, or sales, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

2. Shipping Timeline (India)

• Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days after dispatch

• Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days after dispatch

• Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, festivals, or weather conditions.

3. International Shipping

• We currently ship to select countries. Shipping charges and timelines are calculated at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

• Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

• Free shipping offers (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

• Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional payment for re-shipping.

• Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

7. Service Interruptions

• Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier strikes, natural events, etc.).

• We do not guarantee delivery dates but do our best to meet the estimated timelines.

8. Packaging

• All stationery is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
