Refund Policy

As a small batch brand, every product is produced in limited quantities. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible:

You must email us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email].

Provide clear photos and videos of the damaged or incorrect product + packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Planners

Journals
-
Notebooks
-
Stickers, postcards, bookmarks

Sale items

Customized or personalized orders
Due to the nature of stationery and limited-run products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind”.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is reviewed:

If approved, you may receive either
a) a replacement, or
b) store credit, or
c) a refund to the original payment method (only if replacement is unavailable). -
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for:

Damaged products
-
Wrong product received
-
Manufacturing defects
5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

Once processing begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Missing Items in Parcel
If an item is missing:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

Claims without proof cannot be accepted.
7. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders
If the order returns to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Refunds are not applicable for such cases.
8. Color Variations
Colors may slightly vary due to screen differences or printing variations.
These are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
